Recurring connectivity faults
Diagnose problems with supported equipment and network connections, remotely first and on site when needed.
Department 02 / Radiance Solutions
An organized, documented IT backbone your business can understand and maintain.
For small and medium businesses needing agreed hardware and network support for cameras, servers, switches, POS devices and infrastructure cabinets.
Diagnose problems with supported equipment and network connections, remotely first and on site when needed.
Document devices, IP addresses, cables and connections so future work starts from a clear record.
Arrange scoped maintenance and fault support without adding a full-time in-house role. Coverage is agreed to fit your site; continuous on-site staffing is a different requirement.
A site topology, IP-address register, hardware/software inventory, connection labels and organized infrastructure cabinets. Existing faults and coverage boundaries are documented.
Remote diagnosis first, followed by an arranged site visit when hands-on work is needed. Support records capture the issue, work performed, restoration and follow-up.
When no problem is reported, a monthly preventive visit checks supported equipment, connections, addressing, cables, power protection, cooling and outstanding work.
Equipment installation and network expansion follow their own agreed project schedules. Relevant topology, inventory, IP and labeling records are updated afterward.

This explains a possible engagement or workflow. It is not a client case study, a guarantee of results or a list of features included in every project.
An agreed support scope, infrastructure documentation, onboarding findings, visit reports and a traceable support history.
Agree supported equipment, network responsibilities, contacts and service arrangements.
At onboarding, map the environment, organize infrastructure and record existing faults and exclusions.
Report incidents to the assigned technician or company lead. We diagnose remotely and arrange on-site work as needed.
Confirm restored operation, record remaining repairs and keep infrastructure documentation current.
Coverage follows your agreed hardware and network scope. Listing equipment or software in the inventory does not automatically include it in the contract.
Business email, operating systems, everyday applications and user accounts go to the company lead for specialist referral. Server or POS hardware support does not automatically cover its software.
In-scope incidents are due for resolution within 24 counted hours from the report. Nights count. Friday/Saturday, replacement-part waits and external-provider delays pause the clock.
A reliable temporary fix restoring normal operation counts as resolution; permanent repair is arranged afterward. Client confirmation is recorded before closing the case. If the deadline is missed, the client may terminate without a termination fee.
The incident-resolution deadline does not apply to scheduled installations or network expansion. Storage and backup checks remain within the agreed technician scope.
Describe your site, equipment, network and current issues. Tell us which systems are most important to keep operating and whether you need ongoing support or a planned installation.
Scope and pricing are discussed during your appointment.
